Start by contacting us via email, phone or text and filling out the inquiry form. Tell us a little about your property, what you're hoping to clear, and your goals for the project. Photos are always helpful but not required!
2. Property Consultation
We'll schedule a visit to walk your property, evaluate the vegetation, discuss your goals, and determine if goat grazing is the best solution. During the consultation we'll consider:
Type and density of vegetation
Property size
Terrain and accessibility
Water availability
Areas that should be protected
Every property is different, so we create a custom grazing plan for each project. Targeted grazing is most effective when the herd size, timing, and grazing area are matched to the property's specific needs.
3. Receive Your Quote
After the consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote outlining the estimated project length, pricing, and what to expect.
4. We Bring the Herd
On your scheduled start date, we deliver the goats and install secure temporary electric fencing around the designated grazing area. We provide the fencing, monitor the herd, and move the goats as needed throughout the project.
5. The Goats Get to Work
Our goats naturally browse unwanted vegetation including brush, vines, poison ivy, invasive plants, and many nuisance weeds. Because goats prefer woody plants and broadleaf vegetation over grass, they're especially effective in overgrown areas that are difficult for traditional equipment to reach!
